Terms of Service
| Currency | Any currencies listed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD) |
| Work Flow | once we have agreed to a commission, i will: – Send a rough sketch of your commission within 5 to 7 working days for your approval (up to 3 edits are allowed) – Send your finished commission through the email that you have provided within 3 weeks once you have approved the rough sketch. |
| Stance against AI / NFT | I do not allow my art to be reproduced on a commercial basis nor be used as either for AI training and imitation and/or a Non-Fungible Token or NFT in short. Customers who are in violation will be barred from commissioning me in the future. |
| Private Commission | Customers who do not wish for their commission to be posted in public, either through my own website and my own social media accounts, will be required to pay an additional USD $15 on top of the agreed commission price. |
| Character Ownership | Please ensure that you do have full ownership of the character that you send to me. For character(s) other than your own, please ensure that the other party has given permission to use their character. |
| commercial uses | i have the right to use my art on a commercial basis, including commissioned art, less those that are excluded from the “private commission” in my portfolio for the sole purpose of advertisement of my services. |
| Fan made art | any resemblence of copyrighted characters in my art is purely coincidental and i will not be liable for any inaccuracies that occur. |
